We have 3 main servicing tiers - A, B and C. Which tier applies to your machine depends on a number of factors which can be decided via a quick chat with our service dept. Access to OEM and equivalent replacement parts also means efficiently getting your equipment back to working for you. Remember all our technicians are not “Jacks of all trades and masters of none.” Instead, they are forklift specialists, and we have over 30 throughout New Zealand ready to service your MHE.

FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
It’s easy to forget about getting a service when you’re busy. Our fleet management system is ideal for ensuring you maintain and monitor your planned maintenance programme across the fleet easily.
It works like this: an electronic device is fitted to your forklift. This device provides information about any incident the forklift has had as well as how it is being operated. Most importantly, it lets us know how many hours your forklift has done and when it’s ready for a service.
