The new T8 series of counterbalance forktrucks from EP are built with EP’s own transmission which is mounted on large rubber suspension arms which are attached to the engine through a drive shaft. The result of the new transmission is extraordinary with virtually zero vibration reverberating through the truck and the overall noise level of the truck is very low. The new transmission also has a major impact on the responsiveness of the drive of the truck where the power of the engine is transmitted to the front axle in a very smooth and direct fashion.
Available in either LPG (CPQD) or Diesel (CPCD) these T8 counterbalance machines can be customised to your requirements. They are reliable efficient and very well priced.
Tow Tugs
The QDD10 is a pedestrian tow tractor from EP, with a towing capacity of 1.0 tonne, a 5km/h top speed and a versatile hook which easily attaches to a range of trolleys and trailers. The tiller handle can be adjusted to suit operators of different physiques. Complete with an onboard charger and maintenance-free batteries, the QDD10 tug is a cost-effective tool to increase warehouse productivity and reduce back injuries.
The QDD10 has an ultracompact upright design, and is fitted with large tyres suitable for use on uneven surfaces, such as outoor yard areas. The large 24V/50Ah sealed gel battery allows full-shift operation, and the tug can be conveniently charged at any location with the onboard smart-charger. The EPPS93 is a powerful 60kW, 93kWh energy storage and charging solution, designed to enhance forklift operations in facilities with limited power supply. Innovative features such as the interchangeable charging module, high performance liquid cooling unit and highly mobile system package make this an ideal solution for facilities with limited power supplies or high cost at peak utility connections.
With the low-voltage charging module the EPPS93 can DC fast charge up to three 80V forklifts at the same time (each at 20kW).
Alternatively with the high-voltage charging module it can DC fast charge any big tonnage truck at up to a 60kW rate.
